Karin joined Connect in 2023. She’s spent the last decade working with early-stage founders – most recently for VC firm Mosaic Ventures and leadership coaching platform EZRA.

Prior to that, she worked at creative hub Second Home where she ran “Breakthrough”- a programme designed to help its 2000+ members break new ground and grow.

At Connect, she runs our peer-to-peer founder support network and OPP – our community for product leaders about to take the leap to start venture-scale businesses.

She also heads up our comms, content and brand-building, helping us increase our presence in the European tech ecosystem and continue to grow our community of product-led founders.
