Ewake is born from pain. Poone and Omid have been in the trenches themselves, pulling all-nighters as SREs at Criteo 😵‍💫 where they gained deep insights into the problem of reliability chaos. They’re now building their own avatars — AI teammates that can solve production issues 100x faster, better, and always on.

Looking Ahead

The team aims to broaden its agentic approach so every developer can more easily own and maintain their code, deepening the agents’ ability to learn from each environment, automating more manual tasks, and supporting rapid software delivery without compromising reliability.
